The following guidelines are ONLY FOR NOVICE SQUADS! If your squad is not Novice, you will follow the AACCA Guidelines (see above).

    Regulations for Novice Christian/Private School Divisions
    Junior Level
    (includes Junior High and Junior Varsity)

  1. Squads must adhere to the AACCA High School guidelines with the following additions.
  2. Squads may only use rolls (forwards, backwards), cartwheels, and round-offs as tumbling.
  3. Squads may only stunt at prep level. No extended stunts will be allowed.
    Exception: Extention (2-legged) show-n-go.
  4. Only straight cradles will be allowed.
  5. No basket tosses are allowed.

Regulations for Novice Christian/Private School Divisions
Varsity Level

  1. Squads must adhere to the AACCA High School guidelines with the following additions
  2. Squads may only use rolls (forwards, backwards), cartwheels, and round-offs as tumbling.
  3. Squads may only do two-legged extended stunts. No extended one-legged stunts will be allowed.
    Exception: In a pyramid braced on both sides.
  4. Only straight cradles will be allowed.
  5. No basket tosses are allowed.
